Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking an experienced EHS leader to sustain and develop site Environmental, Health and Safety programs in a biotech/pharma setting. You will develop management review criteria, lead incident investigations, and collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

The role requires 5–7 years of EHS experience, familiarity with ISO 45001/14001, and OSHA certifications. Strong communication and cross-site collaboration are essential for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of EHS experience in biotech/pharma or chemical env.
• ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 knowledge/experience.
• OSHA 3 General Industry/Construction certificates or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainment/development of Site EHS programs and policies.
• Develop criteria for local/global management reviews and report status to stakeholders.
• Lead safety incident investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support Contractor/Construction Safety Program implementation on projects.
• Oversee regulatory compliance with OSHA regs (29 CFR 1910/1926).
• EHS SME during stage-gate reviews for major projects; review portfolio for EHS impacts.
