Job summary

The role requires 5-7 years in biotech/pharma EHS and strong analytics. The position collaborates with Operations Leadership Teams, supports process improvements, and ensures site conformance to safety procedures across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering or related field as stated.
• OSHA 3 General Industry and Construction certifications preferred.
• CSP/CSHT certifications preferred.
• Advanced degree (MBA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainment/development of EHS information aligned with global programs.
• Develop criteria for local/global management reviews and report to stakeholders.
• Lead safety incident investigations and perform root cause analyses.
• Support Contractor/Construction Safety program implementation with project delivery teams.
• Oversee compliance programs for OSHA general industry and construction safety regulations.
• Act as Safety SME during stage gate reviews for major projects and review EHS portfolio.
