Qualifications

• BS in Environmental Health, Safety, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant EH&S experience, preferably in biotech/pharma.
• 5+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Experience with FMEA and RCFA techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

• Lead EH&S program development and implementation.
• Plan and execute risk assessments; implement controls and PPE.
• Oversee incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with permits and audits.
