Job summary

Pentagon Technologies, Inc. is seeking an EHS Safety Director to lead the Technical Services Group’s safety strategy across complex projects in Chandler, AZ. This role drives incident prevention, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decisions with executive-level collaboration.

You will shape long-range EHS plans, develop talent, and deploy certification programs while mentoring staff and partnering with business units, customers, and subcontractors to elevate safety performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in EHS or related field with 10+ years of progressive EHS leadership.
• Proven success leading multi-site EHS programs.
• Advanced certifications preferred (e.g., CHST, CSP, CIH, OSHA 30).
• Experience in construction/technical services environments.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations.
• Experience with EHS management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year safety roadmaps and KPI-aligned objectives.
• Lead safety planning for major projects and risk reviews.
• Advise BU leadership on risk tolerance and regulatory expectations.
• Conduct high-level inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• Oversee incident investigations and CAPA implementation.
• Lead training strategy and certification pathways.
