Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial safety, EHS, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial safety practices.
• Experience conducting safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and safety management software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, DOT, and applicable regulations.
• Conduct hazard assessments and risk analyses to mitigate workplace risks.
• Deliver safety training programs including OSHA compliance and emergency response.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans and coordinate drills.
• Maintain safety data sheets, signage, PPE programs, and safety documentation.
• Collect and analyze safety indicators and prepare reports for leadership and regulatory agencies.
