The role requires 8+ years in EH&S within manufacturing or high-growth environments, strong communication, and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in EH&S roles within manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Strong communication and hands-on safety problem solving.
• Experience with documentation change management.

Responsabilités

• Preview projects/sites to identify safety risks and plan controls.
• Visit active sites to monitor conditions and enforce compliance.
• Collaborate with project teams to implement safety solutions.
• Maintain safety paperwork, including OSHA 300 logs.
• Maintain safety training certifications (OSHA), train staff.
• Discipline for safety non-compliance per policy.
