Patriot Erectors, LLC is seeking an experienced EH&S leader to integrate safety into South Texas projects, building and maintaining processes that prevent injuries and keep us compliant with laws and company policy. This hands-on role works with project managers and crews to ensure safety standards are met.

You will perform pre-task risk assessments, site visits, and training, while maintaining OSHA documentation and driving continuous improvement. Competitive pay and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in EH&S roles within manufacturing, industrial, or high-growth environments.
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations for the trades you’ll oversee.
• Excellent recordkeeping and documentation skills.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with initiative to address future risks.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Task Risk Assessments to identify safety risks and plan controls.
• Site presence to assess conditions and ensure compliance at active projects.
• Partner with project teams to develop and implement safety solutions.
• Maintain safety documentation including OSHA 300 logs with audit-ready accuracy.
• Train employees on safe work practices and maintain training certifications.
