Job summary

Patriot Erectors, LLC is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health, and Safety activities at our assigned manufacturing facility. This full-time, on-site role partners with Shop Operations Leadership to identify risk, maintain regulatory compliance, and improve workplace safety.

The position requires 5+ years in EHS, strong OSHA knowledge, and ability to conduct training and investigations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety roles (5+ years).
• Knowledge of OSHA standards for manufacturing and industrial ops.
• Experience with incident investigations, hazard assessments, audits.
• Strong communication with all levels of management.
• Proficiency with EHS software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day EHS activities for the facility.
• Collaborate with Operations Leadership to integrate safety into production.
• Conduct inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and employee observations.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Maintain OSHA and environmental compliance and documentation.
• Provide safety training and onboarding for new hires.
