Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in EHS within industrial, manufacturing, construction or related fields.
• 1–2 years of managerial experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction training required.
• First Aid/CPR/AED/Narcan certificates preferred.
• CHST or CSP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team that manages EHS projects and partners to drive performance.
• Implement and oversee comprehensive EHS policies and programs compliant with regulations.
• Oversee site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to guide teams.
• Lead EHS training programs for employees and contractors to ensure safety practices.
• Develop emergency response plans including evacuation and first aid procedures.
• Communicate complex regulatory EHS requirements to diverse audiences.
• Engage project teams to educate, train, and promote safe working habits.
