Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Technical Product Management for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Products.

You will own the multi-year strategy, lifecycle delivery, and optimization of digital capabilities across the global EHS systems portfolio. In this role, you will drive a comprehensive roadmap, collaborate with site leadership and IT, ensure compliance with SDLC and 21 CFR Part 11, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver results across the manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12+ years of PM experience.
• Experience with EHS processes, GxP/21 CFR Part 11, and SDLC governance.
• Hands-on with enterprise EHS platforms such as Enablon, Intelex, or Velocity EHS.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of global EHS digital products from discovery through deployment.
• Define and maintain multi-year EHS product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional programs with site safety leads and plant operations.
