The American Society of Safety Professionals in East Syracuse, NY seeks an EHS Manager to lead and continuously improve Process Safety Management, Electrical Safety, and Energy Control (LOTO) programs. You will serve as site SME for process safety and risk management, ensuring compliance with OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, NFPA, cGMPs, and ISO 45001 requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Chemistry, Biology, Occupational Health, or a related discipline required.
• 5+ years of experience in Process Safety, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Operational Risk Management, or HSE program leadership within regulated manufacturing environments.
• Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, CCPSC or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead SME for PSM, Electrical Safety, and Energy Control (LOTO).
• Drive and maintain OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, NFPA, and ISO45001 compliance.
• Coordinate PHA/HAZOP studies and MOC processes.
• Manage change control and cross-functional risk assessment across operations.
• Conduct incident investigations and CAPA development.
• Monitor KPIs and safety metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Support regulatory inspections and customer audits.
