Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior Process Safety Engineer to lead global initiatives in Process Safety Management and Process Safety Engineering. You will ensure compliance with OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, and other standards while applying RAGAGEP across facilities worldwide.

In this role, you will guide PHAs (HAZOP/LOPA/FMEA), drive RBPS governance, and advance alternative energy process safety. Mentorship and collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in process safety engineering across manufacturing or chemical facilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, Seveso-like frameworks.
• Strong ability to lead PHAs (HAZOP/LOPA/FMEA) and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead global process safety initiatives and programs across facilities.
• Develop RBPS governance framework and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Design, implement and operate projects involving alternative energy and HHC.
• Train and mentor regional teams in process safety topics.
