Job summary

Yokogawa, a leader in industrial automation, is seeking a Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to own the HSE strategy, lead ISO 45001/14001 frameworks, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple U.S. sites.

Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years of HSE leadership in manufacturing, strong risk assessment and audit experience, and CSP/CIH desirable. The role drives continuous improvement and safety culture with broad cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• 7–10+ years HSE leadership in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Experience implementing and auditing ISO 45001/14001.
• Working knowledge of OSHA/EPA, NOM/SEMARNAT/PROFEPA, and Canadian OHS/WHMIS/CSA.
• Strong communication, problem solving and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Own HSE strategy, policy, and annual objectives; maintain ISO 45001/14001 frameworks and audits.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA/EPA; manage legal registers.
• Manage permits, regulatory reporting, documentation and audits across sites.
• Lead ISO 45001/14001 systems, risk registers, internal audits, and management reviews; set HSE KPIs.
