Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a consulting, manufacturing or industrial environment with process safety knowledge.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and client relationships.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Ability to present at conferences and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver process safety projects for clients across oil & gas, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing.
• Develop and implement PSM programs aligned with OSHA 1910.119 and EPA requirements.
• Conduct hazard analyses (PHA/HAZOP/LOPA/FMEA) and perform audits and risk assessments.
• Review PSI, P&IDs, PFDs, and related documentation to ensure regulatory completeness.
• Mentor internal teams and support business development activities.
• Occasional fieldwork up to 30% and travel up to 30%.
