Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Multi-Media Environmental Health & Safety Permitting & Compliance Project Manager to lead environmental permitting and compliance solutions for a range of industrial clients in the Northeast. The role covers facility life cycle stages from due diligence to decommissioning, with focus on EPA and state regulations and OSSA requirements.

The position involves travel up to 20% and requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years related experience preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) preferred; CSP/CESCO/CHMM or similar preferred.
• Field experience and client management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental compliance, permitting, and related projects for Northeast clients.
• Serve as a technical resource on environmental compliance and permitting.
• Lead development of permitting and compliance strategies on projects.
• Assist clients with monitoring, planning, training, testing, and reporting protocols.
• Develop proposals and manage projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
