Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Multi-Media Environmental Health & Safety Permitting & Compliance Project Manager to lead permitting and compliance solutions for diverse industries in the Northeast. The role covers project management through facility life cycles, due diligence, and decommissioning, including reporting and audits.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in air quality, water, RCRA/EPCRA, EMS/ISO, and client-oriented service. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Direct experience leading environmental compliance and permitting projects.
• Experience with environmental laws (CAA, CWA, EPCRA, RCRA) and audits.
• Experience in EMS/ISO programs and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental compliance, permitting, and related projects for industrial clients in the Northeast.
• Serve as a technical resource for environmental compliance and permitting analyses.
• Lead development of permitting and compliance strategies for projects.
• Assist clients in monitoring, planning, training, and reporting protocols.
• Develop proposals and manage projects to meet scope, schedule, budget, and profit.
