Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years related EHS work experience.
• Program development and maintenance, auditing and monitoring.
• Adherence to regulatory or accreditation requirements.
• Experience interfacing with regulatory agencies and auditors.
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS programs and policies.
• Serve as SME for environmental, health, and safety matters; guide on hazards and equipment changes.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, WDNR, MMSD and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead investigations of workplace incidents; drive corrective actions.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and maintain risk registers.
• Monitor EHS performance metrics and report to leadership.
• Collaborate with HR and managers on workers’ compensation and return-to-work.
• Advance environmental sustainability across waste, energy, and emissions.
