Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior EHS Leader to guide Environmental, Health, Safety, and risk management across a multi-site manufacturing network. This role partners with Operations leadership to shape safety culture, drive performance, and deliver strategic initiatives.

You will lead incidents investigations, develop proactive safety programs, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Facilities to enable growth, automation, and workforce development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience within EHS or related industrial environments.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations in a complex setting.
• Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and drive organizational change.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS strategies across a multi-site manufacturing organization.
• Serve as strategist to executive leadership on risk and safety performance.
• Develop long-term strategies supporting operational excellence and workforce development.
• Utilize trend analysis, leading indicators, incident data, and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Support facility growth, expansion, and capital projects.
