X FAB in Texas is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to own and drive the safety program at the Lubbock site. The role requires building a world-class safety culture, reducing injuries, and improving productivity and financial performance in a semiconductor manufacturing setting.

You will lead site environmental, health, safety, and sustainability initiatives, manage permits and reporting, and partner with Manufacturing, Facilities, and Engineering to assess and mitigate EHS risks.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing EHS programs in manufacturing or complex industrial environments.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations, environmental compliance, and emergency response.
• Experience with ISO 14001 or similar environmental management systems.
• Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, CHMM are a plus.
• Strong leadership, analytical, project-management, and communication skills.

• Lead site environmental, health, safety, and sustainability programs and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a strong safety culture focused on hazard identification, risk reduction, and prevention.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, state, and local EHS requirements.
• Manage environmental permits, regulatory reporting, and inspections.
• Maintain and improve the site’s ISO 14001 EMS.
• Provide EHS leadership for semiconductor manufacturing hazards and risks.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Facilities, and Engineering to assess EHS risks.
• Lead investigations of injuries, near misses, and environmental incidents; implement corrective actions.
• Maintain emergency preparedness and chemical spill response programs.
• Establish and monitor EHS performance indicators.
• Support sustainability and ESG reporting and CSRD-related data collection.
