Job summary

Amazon in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist (WHSS) to lead safety programs, audits, and risk assessments, partnering with frontline teams to protect associates.

You will deliver engaging safety training, conduct incident investigations, analyze data, and deploy proactive controls that improve safety and productivity across shifts. Flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school or equivalent.
• 1 year in an EHS field or a Bachelor’s in EHS-related background or 6 months in a safety-related role at Amazon.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience handling confidential workplace safety matters.

Responsibilities
