The role requires coordinating risk assessments, audits, and training, while maintaining the EMS and ISO certifications. Travel around 30% is expected as part of leading cross-site initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of EH&S experience in facilities and manufacturing.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain ISO45001 safety program.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures.
• Lead safety committee and audits across sites.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Develop training on health and safety matters.
• Manage EMS and related certifications (ISO14001).
• Oversee waste management and environmental compliance.
• Prepare reports on accidents, violations and trends.
• Collaborate with departments to implement contingency plans.
