Responsibilities

• Leads the execution of BCA and company EHS strategic imperatives at the Everett site.
• Fosters collaboration among factory programs and support functions.
• Leads Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) programs.
• Builds relationships with external stakeholders including government agencies and industry associations.
• Provides leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the EHS leadership teams.
• Maintains knowledge of regulations, policies, and best practices.
• Identifies and prioritizes key EHS initiatives and drives action plans.
• Manages communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Applies lean practices to improve organization and management.
• Develops and executes integrated plans and policies.
• Builds strong plans and schedules, communicates proactively, and meets deliverables.
• Oversees technical approaches, products and processes.
• Uses data analytics to drive decisions.
