Tredegar Surface Protection in Pottsville, PA, is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead site EH&S programs, drive regulatory compliance, and reduce injuries and environmental impact.

You will champion the Safety Steering Committee, collaborate with engineering to embed safety in projects, oversee JSA/JHA policies, conduct audits and incident investigations, and mentor safety teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of relevant experience in a related field preferred.
• Leadership or management experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated experience implementing safety and environmental management systems, such as ISO.
• Relevant safety certification, such as CSM or CSP, is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
• An equivalent combination of education, experience, and training may be considered.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Lead and manage site Health, Safety & Environmental processes and systems for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Monitor safety compliance in accordance with corporate policy and applicable government regulations.
• Coordinate safety training activities and prepare and present training and business presentations related to HSE.
• Lead and conduct accident investigations, including documentation and reporting of injuries.
• Partner with engineering to design safety standards into projects and equipment; review safety aspects of planned projects.
