Job summary

Nahan Printing in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to lead our multi-site safety program, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage workers’ compensation and risk reduction across MN and PA.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Safety or equivalent with 10+ years in large-scale manufacturing EHS leadership, strong communication, and expert OSHA/EPA knowledge. Travel willingness and budget oversight are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Safety or equivalent required.
• 10+ years leading large-scale manufacturing EHS programs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA/MPCA regulations.
• Advanced training or certification in EHS and risk management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities are compliant with federal, state and local rules.
• Lead EHS policies, procedures and safety training across the organization.
• Conduct root-cause investigations and implement improvements.
• Manage workers’ compensation claims and safety budgets.
