Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science/Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing; multi-site and/or food processing preferred.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
• Proven ability to present to groups of managers, clients, and the public.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for EHS programs across multiple sites.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA compliance and lead regulatory guidance.
• Develop and implement safety training and environmental documentation.
• Lead root-cause analysis investigations and risk reduction initiatives.
• Oversee environmental reporting and permit compliance.
• Mentor site teams and drive continuous safety improvements.
