Job summary

Itron is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs at our West Union, SC manufacturing site of about 1,500 employees. You will assess current EHS systems, drive improvements, and ensure practical, on-the-floor safety performance aligned with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

You will own lockout/tagout, machine guarding, hazard recognition, risk assessment, and incident investigations, partnering with Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, and site

Qualifications

• GAP-analysis of existing EHS programs and systems.
• Experience leading ISO 14001/45001 at a manufacturing site.
• Strong skills in LOTO, machine guarding, and risk assessment.
• Proven ability to drive practical improvements on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve EHS management systems, ensuring practical effectiveness.
• Lead LOTO program enhancements and machine safety across production lines.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Operations to address safety risks.
• Lead incident investigations and develop corrective actions.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and ISO certifications.
