Continental group sector ContiTech in Lincoln, NE, is seeking an ESH Specialist/Manager to develop and continuously improve environmental, health, and safety programs at the Lincoln manufacturing facility. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive ESH experience in a manufacturing environment; 10+ years if no degree.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance requirements.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ESH management systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead the site's Environmental, Safety & Health management systems and initiatives.
• Promote a culture where safety is a core value and integrated into daily operations.
• Coach leaders and employees on safe work practices and risk reduction.
• Facilitate safety committees and employee engagement programs.
• Develop and monitor ESH objectives, targets, and performance metrics.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, and other regulations compliance.
• Maintain permits, records, reports, and regulatory documentation.
• Interpret regulatory changes and implement site actions.
• Serve as primary contact during inspections and audits.
• Lead hazard identification, risk assessments, and JSA processes.
• Oversee machine guarding, lockout/tagout, confined space, and electrical safety programs.
• Conduct incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Coordinate emergency drills and participate in emergency response leadership.
