Job summary

Vertiv Group in Lincoln, NE is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead all EHS programs at the site, drive continuous improvement, and partner with plant leadership to protect employees and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will manage compliance with OSHA/EPA, conduct risk assessments, lead incident investigations, develop training, and oversee budgets and dashboards while promoting a culture of safety excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of progressive Environmental, Health & Safety experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven experience managing EHS programs and leading safety initiatives.
• Experience conducting incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence change and foster a positive safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives across the facility.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA and local regulatory compliance; manage inspections and reporting.
• Lead investigations of injuries, near misses, and environmental incidents.
• Develop, deliver, and track EHS training; ensure PPE usage.
• Maintain EHS records, metrics, and monthly updates to leadership.
• Develop and manage EHS budgets and resources.
