Blue Origin is seeking a Senior EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health, and Safety efforts for Launch and Recovery Operations in Florida. You will guide safety programs, regulatory compliance (OSHA/EPA/State of Florida), incident investigations, and environmental management across facilities.

The role requires 8+ years in EHS, 5+ years in aerospace or manufacturing, and strong leadership and technical writing skills to ensure safety and continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering, chemistry, environmental science, industrial hygiene, or occupational safety.
• 8+ years total work in EHS.
• 5+ years in operational aerospace environment, manufacturing, or chemical industry.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary EHS leader supporting Launch and Recovery operations, ensuring safe execution of launch campaigns, recovery activities, and associated ground operations.
• Manages EHS professionals in accomplishment of organizational goals.
• Implements EHS programs for evaluation and control of potential hazards including industrial hygiene, fall protection, confined space, lock out/tag out, process safety management, and hazard assessments.
• Performs a wide range of EHS consultation services, planning, managing, and reporting assessments.
• Provides domain expertise in design and test reviews and supports incidents and emergencies.
