Job summary

Giesecke+Devrient ePayments America, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to own EHS programs across STS, TCD and Veridos businesses. You will drive policies, ISO systems, audits, and corrective actions while partnering with senior leadership to improve safety culture across locations.

The role requires leading risk assessments, regulator liaison, and continuous improvement with strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. Travel to sites will be expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial settings; seven+ preferred.
• Experience leading an EHS program and engaging senior leadership and external auditors.

Responsibilities

• Own EHS strategy, audits, training plans and improvement roadmaps across multiple sites.
• Conduct routine assessments to identify hazards and compliance gaps; implement controls.
• Lead internal/external audits, investigations and corrective actions with verification.
• Manage EHS budget, metrics, and reporting to leadership; partner with operations and facilities.
