Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in the United States seeks a Sr. Manager, EHS to lead and improve the site EHS programs across the segment. You will partner with site leadership to implement robust policies, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance to protect people and the environment.

You will coach leaders, drive data-driven safety initiatives, manage inspections, and collaborate with global teams to meet PCI's EHS goals while enabling safe, compliant operations across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS related field or equivalent required.
• Advanced EH&S certifications such as CSP, CIH, CMIOSH or EurOSHM preferred.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with experience using data tools.
• Proficiency in safety, health and environmental regulations and reporting.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work independently or in teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to develop and maintain EHS policies and procedures.
• Audit sites to ensure PCI EHS compliance and support staff engagement.
• Analyze risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Utilize EHS data systems to identify trends and address risks.
• Coach leadership on interpretation and administration of EHS policies.
• Lead development and delivery of PCI EHS educational programs.
• Collaborate with Global Industrial Hygiene for IH requirements.
• Lead safety and environmental management system initiatives.
