Job summary

CrowdStrike seeks an experienced EHS leader to translate global strategy into regional plans across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will govern the Internal Prevention Service in Spain, manage risk assessments, audits, incidents and emergency readiness, while partnering with HR, Legal, TechOps and leadership to advance EHS initiatives.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, 5–10 years of progressive EHS experience, and the ability to travel up to 25% within EMEA.

Qualifications

• Extensive EHS leadership experience in a global or multi-country setting.
• Formal qualification to perform higher-level occupational risk-prevention functions under applicable law (Spain).
• Experience leading an Internal Prevention Service in Spain and coordinating with external providers.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish risk-prevention requirements and EU EHS rules.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing regional budgets, vendors and program metrics.

Responsibilities

• Translate global EHS strategy into regional roadmaps and country programs.
• Lead Internal Prevention Service governance, documentation and improvements.
• Oversee regional risk assessments, audits, investigations and emergency programs.
• Build relationships with regional leadership, HR, legal, TechOps and other partners.
• Integrate AI and automation into EHS workflows to improve efficiency.
