Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Environmental Health & Safety – EMEA, based in Spain, to lead the regional EHS program across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The role emphasizes integrating EHS into business planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance while coordinating the Internal Prevention Service in Spain. You will influence senior leaders, build cross-functional partnerships, and drive AI-enabled improvements in EHS workflows.

Qualifications

• University degree and qualification legally recognized in Spain for higher-level risk prevention functions.
• Higher-level qualification covering seguridad en el trabajo and ergonomía y psicosociología aplicada is required; higiene industrial preferred.
• Experience leading an Internal Prevention Service in Spain and coordinating with external prevention providers.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish and EU EHS requirements and practical applications across EMEA.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence decisions and communicate with leaders and staff.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors and program metrics.

Responsibilities

• Translate global EHS strategy into regional roadmap and country programs.
• Lead the Internal Prevention Service in Spain: governance, documentation, training and prevention providers.
• Oversee risk assessments, audits, investigations and emergency-preparedness activities.
• Develop partnerships with regional leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Manage regional budget, vendors, and performance reporting; explore AI/automation in EHS workflows.
