Job summary

Oyster is seeking a Health & Safety leader based in Spain to own the delivery of Spain’s occupational risk prevention requirements. You will design, implement, and manage Oyster’s Internal Prevention Service (Servicio de Prevención Propio) and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting the global HSE program.

You will collaborate across regions to align standards, provide guidance, and maintain high safety outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an Internal Prevention Service.
• Proven ability to perform workplace risk assessments.
• Knowledge of Spain's occupational health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, design, implementation and management of Oyster’s Internal Prevention Service in Spain.
• Conduct workplace and occupational risk assessments and investigate incidents.
• Provide regional and global HSE guidance and share best practices.
• Support cross-country teams while keeping Spain compliance central.
