Job summary

Flex is expanding its SpinCo plans while seeking a Senior Site HSE Advisor to cover sites in Madrid or Bilbao (remote). The role entails extensive travel across Europe to drive safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead EHS activities with contractors and site teams.

You will manage ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 frameworks, develop safe operating procedures, and mentor staff to uphold high health, safety, and environment standards throughout multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in a similar EHS role within construction.
• Experience liaising with sub-contractors and managing safety documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a positive EHS culture across the site to ensure safe operations.
• Support Site Managers to ensure safe completion of tasks.
• Develop and implement safety plans aligned with client requirements.
• Coordinate and maintain ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 systems and audits.
• Monitor compliance and report on safety metrics and incidents.
