Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a Senior Manager, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) for the Project Frontier data center development in Abilene, TX. This on-site role leads the EHS program for white space construction and partners with GC, OFCI vendors, and trades to ensure a proactive safety culture and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in environmental health and safety or related field.
• Experience leading EHS programs on large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and ensure adherence to health and safety standards, policies, and practices across data center construction.
• Lead and oversee health and safety audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Develop and review health and safety plans for emergencies, business continuity, and unique events.
• Oversee safety record keeping, data integrity, and regulatory reporting across sites.
• Analyze safety data trends and present findings to executive leadership.
