Job summary

Oracle’s Global Environment, Health & Safety team seeks an experienced EHS Manager to lead onsite execution across hyperscale data centers in Abilene, TX and other locations. You will manage a team of EHS Specialists and partner with Operations, Construction, and Facilities to ensure OSHA and related standards are met and continuously improved.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in EHS with leadership experience, deep knowledge of OSHA/NFPA/ISO, and a track record of driving safety culture in

Qualifications

• 10+ years of EHS experience, including leadership/people management experience.
• Experience managing EHS programs in hyperscale data centers or mission-critical environments.
• Experience leading field-based EHS teams across multiple sites.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (OSHA, NFPA, ISO).
• Experience with EHS management systems, auditing, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of EHS Specialists across hyperscale data centers.
• Ensure consistent implementation of EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks with cross-functional teams.
• Drive site audits, inspections, and corrective-action closure.
• Track KPIs, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement across sites.
• Deliver EHS training and build capability within site teams.
• Engage with data center leadership and align safety with business priorities.
