Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks an experienced Senior Manager, Environmental Health & Safety to lead EHS programs for the Project Frontier data center build in Abilene, Texas. This role provides day-to-day safety leadership across white space construction activities and partners with GC, OFCI vendors, and commissioning teams.

You will develop comprehensive safety plans, implement audits, and drive a culture of proactive risk control, incident prevention, and regulatory compliance across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental health & safety, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in data center or large-scale construction.
• Strong ability to lead safety programs beyond compliance.
• Experience with white space construction and commissioning.
• Travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for health and safety standards and audits across sites.
• Lead EHS audits across data centers and construction sites.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive EHS plans for emergencies and business continuity.
• Oversee safety data collection and reporting to leadership.
• Coordinate contractor EHS onboarding and compliance.
