This on-site role leads EHS programs for white space construction, oversees electrical safety, lockout/tagout, fall protection and industrial hygiene, and partners with GC and vendors to ensure strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental health & safety, construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in data center construction or large-scale projects.
• Experience leading EHS programs beyond compliance and driving risk controls.
• Experience with white space construction and commissioning activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day field leadership and EHS oversight across white space construction activities.
• Lead safety audits and maintain program compliance enterprise-wide.
• Investigate incidents and track corrective actions.
• Collaborate with GC, OFCI vendors, and trade partners to uphold safety standards.
