Job summary

Paligen Technologies is seeking a Senior Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead strategic EHS programs across all operations, including high-hazard chemical and explosive manufacturing risks. The role focuses on implementing ISO 14001/45001 aligned strategies, incident prevention, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Safety, Construction Management, Safety Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive EHS experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction environments, including construction projects.
• Experience leading EHS programs in capital projects or site expansions.
• Experience with ISO 14001/45001 systems or similar frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards and contractor safety management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi-year EHS strategy aligned with growth and regulatory frameworks.
• Lead EHS programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and local regulations; support ISO certifications.
• Oversee construction safety planning, contractor safety programs, and site audits for complex projects.
• Mentor EHS staff and interface with Operations, Engineering, Programs, Facilities, HR, and Legal.
