Paligen Technologies is seeking a Sr Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead strategic EHS programs across all operations. This on-site role requires expert knowledge in construction safety for design‑build projects, contractor management, and regulatory compliance.

The position emphasizes building a proactive EHS culture, incident prevention, and collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Programs, Facilities, HR, and Legal. Travel ~30% to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive EHS experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction environments.
• Experience leading EHS programs during construction, capital projects, or site expansions.
• Proven history implementing ISO 14001/45001 or similar frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards, risk management, and contractor safety management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting large capital projects and contractor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and align the multi-year EHS strategy with growth and regulatory frameworks.
• Operational and Tactical EHS Support: Lead program implementation ensuring OSHA/EPA/NFPA compliance.
• Construction Safety and Design‑Build Expertise: Oversee design‑build safety planning and contractor safety programs.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Manage EHS staff and coordinate across Operations, Engineering, Facilities, HR, and Legal.
• Continuous Improvement: Develop KPIs and drive risk reduction and safety technology adoption.
