Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of EHS experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction environments.
• Experience leading EHS programs during construction, capital projects, or site expansions.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards and risk management methodologies.
• Proven track record implementing ISO 14001/45001 systems or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-site EHS strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead construction safety programs, contractor management, and site safety plans.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Legal to embed safety in project specs.
• Drive incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and CAPA.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to track EHS performance.
