Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health + Safety or related field, or equivalent safety experience.
• Minimum of five years of occupational EHS in construction.
• Safety-focused certifications or equivalent training.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and effective communication with teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads field audits, inspections and risk identification on large project sites.
• Manages incident investigations and corrective action processes with documentation.
• Develops and delivers advanced EHS training and coordinates safety planning.
• Engages leadership and trade partners to reinforce DAVIS safety culture.
