Aecon is seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to coordinate and manage health and safety for electrical transmission and distribution construction projects. You will partner with leadership to foster a proactive safety culture, deliver site safety training, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple job sites.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of safety experience in T&D construction, a related degree, and certifications such as CUSP or CSP, with strong knowledge of OSHA, SiteDocs, and

• 10+ years coordinating and managing health and safety for electrical T&D construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• Have or attain within six months: CUSP; CSP within one year.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate safety across Aecon T&D projects, working with leadership to build a proactive safety culture.
• Provide safety training and orientation to workers, owners, and clients.
• Lead investigations of workplace injuries and environmental incidents to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, DOT, and local regulations compliance and reporting.
