Anduril Industries is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to lead the EHS function at our Atlanta site. This onsite senior individual‑contributor role owns development and continuous improvement of EHS programs across manufacturing, test, and R&D environments, ensuring scalable systems.

As the on‑site EHS expert, you partner with operations and leadership to keep people safe and compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading environmental, health, and safety programs at a site or program.
• Deep knowledge of 29 CFR 1910 General Industry.
• Familiar with 40 CFR Parts 260–279 and state environmental regulations.
• Hands-on inspections, incident/near-miss investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking.
• Ability to mentor and direct programs through influence rather than authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication with leadership, regulators, and frontline staff.
• Experience managing multiple programs and deadlines on a fast-moving site.
• US Person status required for access to export-controlled sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale the site's EHS management system as the site grows.
• Serve as senior EHS SME and liaison with leadership, auditors, regulators.
• Lead incident and near-miss investigations and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Schedule and document routine EHS inspections and close findings.
• Manage EHS risk profiles and perform JHAs for operations.
• Oversee hazardous waste management, including characterization, handling, labeling, and storage.
• Ensure compliance with hazard communication, fall protection, LOTO, machine guarding, and chemical management.
• Maintain OSHA logs, environmental permits, waste manifests, and keep audits ready.
• Lead internal audits and report EHS performance with leading/lagging indicators.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to EHS staff and embed best practices.
• Collaborate with Operations and Facilities to integrate EHS into site operations.
