Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an EHS Integration Lead to embed EHS into engineering, product development and manufacturing processes. The role focuses on cross-functional collaboration, scalable integration, and translating enterprise EHS strategy into engineering execution.

Position is on-site at Ashville, OH with regular travel to sites; leads technical safety engineers and supports risk assessment, design standards and integration tooling within the domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Progressive experience in a design-facing technical discipline such as EHS or safety engineering.
• Experience integrating hazard analysis with engineering and program decision-making.
• Experience embedding a staff function into an engineering or product development organization.
• Experience authoring or owning technical standards, design criteria, or equivalent documents.
• Strong facilitation, technical writing and relationship-building skills.
• Evidence of building durable programs, standards or workflows that outlasted involvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary EHS integration interface to Engineering, Manufacturing Eng., Product and Program Management.
• Translate EHS requirements into usable engineering criteria and design criteria.
• Drive Prevention through Design across product, manufacturing, equipment and facilities.
• Support development and consistency of enterprise risk management and risk assessments.
• Own scalable integration mechanisms and tooling for the discipline.
• Partner with enterprise software and data resources to integrate EHS tooling into workflows.
