Job summary
Anduril Industries is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead the EHS function at our Atlanta, GA site. This onsite senior individual‑contributor role owns development and continuous improvement of EHS programs across manufacturing, test, and R&D environments to scale with the site.
You will serve as the site’s senior EHS expert, partnering with production and site leadership to maintain safety and regulatory compliance, covering safety, waste management, risk
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience implementing and overseeing EHS programs.
- Strong knowledge of 29 CFR 1910 General Industry.
- Experience with hazardous waste management and environmental regulations.
- Hands-on incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Ability to own programs and mentor others through influence.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and scale the site's EHS management system and programs.
- Serve as senior EHS expert and liaison with leadership, employees, auditors, and regulators.
- Lead investigations and drive corrective actions to closure.
- Conduct routine EHS inspections and ensure findings are closed.
- Manage regulatory documentation and ensure audit readiness.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to EHS staff.
- Partner with Operations and Facilities to embed EHS into site operations.
