Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field is required.
• Experience integrating hazard analysis or risk assessment with engineering decisions.
• Proven ability to embed a staff function into an engineering or product team.
• Experience authoring or owning technical standards and design criteria.
• Strong facilitation, writing and relationship-building skills to influence decisions.
• Demonstrated track record delivering durable programs, standards or workflows.

Responsibilities

• Forge Engineering Relationships and Interface across Engineering, Manufacturing, Product and Operations, guiding EHS integration.
• Drive Prevention through Design adoption by embedding EHS in design standards and milestones.
• Support enterprise risk management including hazard taxonomy, risk assessments and data consistency.
• Develop scalable integration mechanisms and tooling to reduce manual EHS intervention.
• Own and roadmap EHS tooling, collaborate with software and data teams to embed EHS workflows.
• Provide program leadership to safety engineers and ensure alignment with engineering priorities.
