Job summary

Movement Search and Delivery is seeking a Sr EHS Manager in Clackamas, OR to lead safety and industrial hygiene programs. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring visibility with senior management and shop floor teams to drive compliance and improvements.

You will oversee program development, training, hazardous waste handling, emergency response, and incident prevention, delivering measurable reductions in injuries and costs while navigating Oregon OSHA and other regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10-15 years of progressive safety, environmental or industrial hygiene experience in heavy manufacturing.
• Experience leading and managing safety programs and a safety team.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of safety and industrial hygiene programs and provide programmatic direction for the plant.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and manage safety training and emergency response planning.
• Identify, evaluate and control industrial hygiene exposures and ergonomics issues.
• Support injury/incident prevention efforts and analyze data to reduce injuries and costs.
• May handle hazardous waste and complete related training as needed.
