Job summary

Movement Search and Delivery seeks a Senior EHS Specialist for a Defiance, OH manufacturing site. You will lead environmental compliance, safety culture, and risk reduction on the floor, partnering with operations to protect people and the environment.

Responsibilities include audits, regulatory reporting (OSHA, EPA), ISO 14001 maintenance where applicable, incident investigations, workers' comp oversight, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across safety and environmental programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related experience.
• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong health & safety expertise—compliance, audits, regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as site EHS leader for a manufacturing operation.
• Lead environmental compliance, safety culture, and risk reduction efforts.
• Maintain ISO 14001 environmental systems where applicable.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA regulatory compliance and reporting.
• Lead environmental and sustainability programs and regulatory relationships.
• Drive incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Oversee Workers' Comp programs and support capital projects.
• Conduct audits, analyze trends, and drive corrective actions.
